Total participates to France Alumni Networking Event

France Alumni Networking Event

Corporate Social Responsibility initiative in the UAE to contribute to Total Foundation “Youth Inclusion & Education” area of priority.

In 2018, Total in the UAE partnered with the French Embassy supporting the launch of the France Alumni community in the UAE.

The global France Alumni platform, created under the initiative of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, is a network that wants to gather the 100,000 international students who graduate from the French higher education system every year. The creation of a France Alumni community in the UAE was natural as the number of graduates from the French higher education system living in the UAE is growing.
One year after, Total in the UAE participated to a France Alumni event proud to celebrate Total Quai D'Orsay Master Scholarship Program graduate, Huda Almazmi, who came back to the UAE after completed her Master in Aerospace at Central Lyon in France in 2019.

She is the first Emirati graduating from the Total Quai d'Orsay Scholarship Program which provide joined scholarships to young UAE nationals from Total in the UAE and the French Embassy since 2017.

In the presence of Madame Raja Rabia, Consul-General of France in the UAE, Huda shared her experience of leaving in France as a Master student in the French Education System.

We congratulate Huda who is joining the 40 Emiratis who received scholarships thanks to Total since 2004 becoming a Total in the UAE Alumni.
